Our mobile team arrives ready to work. Your people drop off their laptops, and devices come back in rapid succession at a per-device price we agree on in advance.
Scope
You tell us your device count and brands, borough, setup, and date windows. We confirm a plan and a quote.
Set up
We arrive with every supply and set up one or more stations. No outlets, no IT help.
Drop off & detail
Employees bring their laptops powered off. Each device is checked in, detailed to the Standard in about 10 minutes, and checked out.
Report
A record for every device, plus a summary for your office manager or IT team.
Conference room or van
Client conference room
Our default. You provide a room with a table and we bring the rest. It keeps devices inside your office and close to your team.
Mobile van outside
For offices without a spare room. We run the station from a van at the curb. It costs significantly more and depends on parking and logistics at your address, so we quote it case by case.
How many devices in a visit?
Estimate: about 10 minutes per device, or roughly 6 per hour per station, before setup, breaks, and gaps between drop-offs. Your actual plan depends on device types and condition.
